History: Born in the west to a Shipwright, Varis learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shipwright for hire.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He now mingles about in high society.
