History: Ootah was born with her mother's beautiful face. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Ootah and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes brigands are coming to abduct people. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.
