History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Rhogar was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Apothecary. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
