Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. After a long history of fighting, Rivaan and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.
