Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Jocelyn was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature club.

History: Rurik lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A freak accident while working with his Beggar mother left him crippled. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his longsword with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His black crest is matted, messy, and big. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Patrin embodies much of what other species detest in the Dragonborns. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is his passion; and retire the richest man in the west
