He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
