History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He became a Tailor soon after.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
