He wears a small hat to hide his balding. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting dire rats, the young Richard began to lead the lost caravan. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against dire rats

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. The war was a terrible time for her, and Skirt does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she loathes her own lifestyle

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Grigi fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Detective responsibilities is difficult.
