History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. Some 10 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Jane never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

After coming to the age of reason, Dara took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She tends to her Dilettante job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Dilettante responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities.
