Description: This woman stands a little under 3'10" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She has a large brown mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her white robe. She sports red long hair. Her gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes drow are coming to abduct people. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dwarves.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Gurdis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dwarven conditions. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Marshal for hire.
Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and she desires to right it

Description: She wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. She is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly nunchakus and warhammers. Her auburn hair is matted, messy, and big. Her eyes are gray and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.
History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She moved out south to avoid the crime she committed. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

Description: This late middle aged man wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with blue colored cloaks and clothing and is in decent physical shape. He has dyed his greying auburn hair a little too much giving a sharp auburn color. His brown unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: Born to a Healer, his father struggled to pay the bills. Through the years after Frouse was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Frouse's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Shipwright responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. She wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. Her moppish auburn hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her eyes are hazel.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Trym isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Slave Trader business.
History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Trym has worked very hard to control her curse. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
