History: Gennal was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, illithids burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying east to reunite her family. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Tatyan was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the illithids.
