Description: 3'2" and muscular, this northern man wears dark leathers with embroidery. He has done his best to style his black hair to look like a famous performer. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Elven doctor. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Description: She is an average looking western female in her early mid-life. She sports white clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. Her auburn hair has been sun bleached extensively. She has violet eyes.

Personality: Gaaki is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. Gaaki enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born in the west to a Guard, Gaaki learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. A freak accident while working with her Sculptor father left her crippled. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Guard responsibilities is difficult; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it

Description: She is a mite stocky and is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing black cape and mantle trimmed with soft yellow waves gently in the breeze. Her crest is cut close to her head. She has gleaming, smiling gold eyes.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: Kadana was born the youngest of three triplets. Through the years after Kadana was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Kadana's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Description: This late middle aged man wears a tan vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His grey leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his tan boots flare out at the collars and is in decent physical shape. He has styled his brown hair well, parting it to the left. His eyes are brown and beady.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.
