He then took over the family business and is one of the better Sage for hire.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Lance lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lance fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. A freak accident while working with her Miller mother left her crippled. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
