History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it.
