Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Halfling, and stands approximately 3'2". He wears silk and lounges about seductively, and his gloved hand is found clutching a flail. He has dyed his greying black hair a little too much giving a sharp black color. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Altho embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Altho was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: To pay off his debts.

Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His brown hair is singed and shortened. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Ernest was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Glassblower and was forced into it by his family; and many drow want him driven away

Description: This younger middle-aged woman wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized black coat, and a wedding ring on her left hand. She has moderate length chestnut hair. Her violet eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She got into the Layabout business at a young age. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. Recently the stress of being a Layabout has made it difficult for her to sleep.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: She wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with green lining and desert motifs. She carries with her a set of axes on her belt, each one with a emerald on the hilt. Her brown hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her gold eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Akta was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the east were limited. She struck the Performer job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and she is wracked by social anxiety
