History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: She was born in the west. Decarabia was born on a far western mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Mayor. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Mayor and was forced into it by her family; and meet up once more with her childhood friend
