Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Navigator. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
