History: Wiggan was raised in a hard working conservative environment. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His hair is black and curly. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Chem will drive conversation. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Chem was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
