History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Barber. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her psionic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She became a Barber soon after.
