History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Balifra was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
