Her white hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Millicent hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. At some point she was captured by gnolls and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
