Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. At a young age his father died while driving off some orcs. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in shield use. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Ortegar was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.
