Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Through the years after Lucan was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Lucan's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
