History: Born in the north to a Marshal, Veloptima learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Marshal for hire.

In the process these unassuming Dragonborns became a terror of the countryside. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. The war was a terrible time for her, and Cloak does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
