History: Dalaba was raised in a hard working conservative environment. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and she is unsatisfied with her job

History: He comes from a rich western family. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty red coat over it, and he perpetually has his quarterstaff ready. His silver hair is thinning but still full. His gray eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of giants once and for all.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, giants burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying west to reunite his family. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
