Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Laborer but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: Pelt was raised in a hard working conservative environment. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 7 years.
