Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Alain embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and she is greedy

He found a children's book about a Human Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gerald fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk.

History: Wymar lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
