When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Armorer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Armorer for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Armorer responsibilities is difficult; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
