Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Shamil embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 9 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Shamil never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
