Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Cory's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Knight hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Cory fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gifted student she started as a Roofer, but she got bored and became a Cook. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dwarf in existence. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Barbena was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, she put together a working one.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she is terrified, and will act out of fear

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.

Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help
