The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. After a long history of fighting, Qemuel and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.
