Aerdeth Firahel, Male Elf [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He stands about 4'8" and is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. His left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His black hair is heavily combed to the left. His blue eyes peer out from beneath his broad blue hat.
Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Aerdeth is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Aerdeth alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Aerdeth was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.
Motivation: A deep hatred of giants; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
