Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Heather and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. Skirt is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
