History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: Heward is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Adventurer mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Glassblower. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: To settle down with her crush; and she loathes her own lifestyle
