History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A freak accident while working with his Brewer father left him crippled. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Brewer. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Quarion isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Half-Elven unity. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Miller arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
