Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears a black coat over a yellow low-cut shirt, and a broad hat upon his head. He keeps his rusty crest in a flapper bob. He has a dull look in his red eyes.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barkeep hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.
