Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. After coming to the age of reason, Skirt took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
