History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Althaea took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up shortbow and armor she uses now. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
