History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the east. Her parents enrolled her in a Expert school at a young age so that she could practice her necromantic talents. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Kipper is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His crest is cut close to his head. His eyes are red and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is a Carter first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
