Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: Nemeia lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident.
