Description: The light-skinned man stands 3'0" and is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His blonde hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Altho lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He found a children's book about a Halfling Commoner who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is his passion.

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Halfling, and stands approximately 3'4". He wears a white coat over a brown low-cut shirt, and a feathered hat upon his head, and his gloved hand is found clutching a sai. He wears a feathered hat to cover his moderate length silver hair. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Brewer. He's also a talented Dilettante, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and retire the richest man in the north

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In her 16th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving River alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: To be a Beggar again.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. Her dark red hair is smooth and relatively long. She has several tiny topaz earrings on each ear.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nemeia fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
