Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Born in the east to a Cook, Melissa learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Melissa alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Gilbert was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He bought a crossbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
