History: Valanthe lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Seamstress they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Architect, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
