History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Meena alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
