Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Elysande was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: This man is very fat, and does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His auburn hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. Aerdeth enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born in the west to a Carpenter, Aerdeth learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His first spouse was a Soapmaker, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Soapmaker they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Carpenter, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and to unite with his brother

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she wears green robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a shortspear, but if one is not available she will default to her bow. She wears a feathered hat to cover her moderate length chestnut hair. Her black eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs
