Gurdis Daerdahk, Female Dwarf [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally she sports a brown coat. She has wavy black hair. She has gleaming, smiling gray eyes.
Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and wants to raise her children well

Traubon Bigtoe, Male Dwarf [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He wears silk and lounges about seductively. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his whip, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a clover on it. His blonde hair is braided into rings. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: Traubon hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: Traubon hails from a village terrorized by illithids. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and many illithids want him driven away

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Through the years after Umpen was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Umpen's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Valida Ironfist, Female Dwarf [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: She is a small woman, but exceptionally fit. She wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. She has slicked back red hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.
History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.
