History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Born in the west to a Weaver, Mella learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She has achieved small success as a Weaver.

He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty grey coat over it. He has moderate length brown hair. His ears are large.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Architect and was forced into it by his family.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
