History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Duergath reached his early adolescence his Dwarf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Duergath fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and retire the richest woman in the west

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. While she appears to be a normal Dwarf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and she is terrified, and will act out of fear
