History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. During his travels, Jocelyn and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Jocelyn discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Jocelyn fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. A gifted student he started as a Architect, but he got bored and became a Fisher. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Cory was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 9 years.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety.

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Animal Trainer who has hired her part-time. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 6 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Mara never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.
