Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Apothecary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Efferil was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Efferil's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now mingles about in high society.
